Launched in 2021, L‘Eau d’Issey Pour Homme Eau de Parfum is a woody aquatic intense interpretation of the iconic 1994 original. Created by perfumer Sophie Labbé in collaboration with underwater explorer Alexis Rosenfeld, this fragrance amplifies the classic‘s marine freshness with a bold, modern texture.

The olfactory pyramid opens with the electric, citrusy spice of Sichuan pepper, immediately energising the iconic aquatic notes. At its heart, fir balsam absolute brings a resinous, balsamic warmth, adding power and complexity. The dry‑down is anchored by cedarwood, which provides a dry, woody, and surprisingly comforting trail.

This Eau de Parfum is vegan and composed of 92% naturally derived ingredients, including upcycled cedarwood and responsibly sourced fir balsam and Sichuan pepper. The bottle is refillable, made with 20% recycled glass and fitted with a unique 100% wooden, plastic‑free cap.
